Meet the HOA Board
Ashlyn Creek is governed by a Board of Directors. A board of directors is a requirement for a homeowners association to function properly. Board members are all volunteers and are not paid or compensated in any way for their time.
Board members are responsible for the operations of the association and ensuring the community governing documents are followed and enforced. In general, they oversee ARCH requests, manage the HOA budget and ensure that CCR's are followed with the help of a property management company. Without a capable, engaged board and the support of the community behind them, a community's quality and home values could quickly decline.
If you receive a letter of violation, this letter is from our Property Management company (CSI Properties). This letter is a generic letter that is sent when the property management company (CSI) finds a violation of our CC&R's. Please note, most of the time the board is unaware of violations until the violation becomes unaddressed by the homeowner after a long period of time.
