Meet the HOA Board
Ashlyn Creek is governed by a Board of Directors. A board of directors is a requirement for a homeowners association to function properly. Board members are all volunteers and are not paid or compensated in any way for their time.
Board members are responsible for the operations of the association and ensuring the community governing documents are followed and enforced. In general, they oversee ARCH requests, manage the HOA budget and ensure that CCR's are followed with the help of a property management company. Without a capable, engaged board and the support of the community behind them, a community's quality and home values could quickly decline.
If you receive a letter of violation, this letter is from our Property Management company (CSI Properties). This letter is a generic letter that is sent when the property management company (CSI) finds a violation of our CC&R's. Please note, most of the time the board is unaware of violations until the violation becomes unaddressed by the homeowner after a long period of time.

Kevin Stoeckert
President
Kevin, known for his witty and dry sense of humor, is a retired NYPD and is married to wife Stacey. He has two kids, likes walking, motorcycling, mountain biking and hilariously funny movies.
Kelly Hagedorn
Vice President
Kelly is a substitute teacher and is married to Amber Hagedorn. He has 3 children and enjoys sports, running/walking, baking, puzzles, road trips and camping with the family. He loves the color orange and Diet Mountain Dew.
Buz Stepanek
Board Member
Buz and his wife Anne live in Phase 3 of the neighborhood. They have three wonderful adult children and are a very active couple. You might see them walking the neighborhood or on their electric scooters.
Dane Jones
Treasurer
Dane leads a cybersecurity team for a national retail chain and is married to Kathy. Originally from Ohio, he has six daughters and enjoys spending his spare time with his family.
Kristen Staggs
Secretary
Kristen is a business owner and is married to Ed Staggs. She has one child. Loves animals and enjoys spending time on the lake, cooking and entertaining with friends and family.
