Covenants and Restrictions - PDF
These guidelines were put in place by the developer of Ashlyn Creek to protect us as well as uphold the value of your homes. You should have received a copy when you took possession of your home.
Please understand that while some of these restrictions or covenants may seem silly or off-base in some cases, these truly are to help protect our home values and help to ensure that neighbors remain neighborly.

Architectural Review Request - PDF
Any time you change the outside of your home, you'll need to seek approval from your HOA Board as stated in our CC&R's
These changes include but are not limited to:

Additions
-
Porches
-
Decks
-
Patios
-
Sheds or Garbage covers
-
Fences
-
Swimming pools or hot tubs
-
Major landscaping
-
Permanent structures of any kind
Upon completion of the ARC form return it to Sjeffcoat@csicommunities.com. Please include any renderings or additional details you believe are appropriate.
The Architectural Review Committee will review your request and respond within 30 days.
Pool Fob Requests:
All requests should be emailed to sjeffcoat@sentrymgt.com.
Include whether it is a replacement or new fob request. Name, Address, and contact number. Fobs will be mailed to the owner within 48 hours.
Complaints/Landscaping:
Requests can be sent directly to me at esmith@sentrymanagement.com.
Account Issues/Statements
To request a statement of your account for closings, refinancing, etc. Email accounting@csiproperties.com.
Include your name and property address requesting a copy of your statement.
Maintenance Requests
Vist the Property Management website csiproperties.com.
Click on “Request Maintenance” tab—or email metro@csiproperties.com.
Make a Payment:
Log on to csiproperties.com to make a payment or to login to your web page to access community forms or submit web form requests.
