Modifications to CCR's:
In an effort to clarify our CCR's better and clear up confusion on a couple of key items, we have made some clarifications to the CCR's regarding landscaping and home maintenance - See new guideline.
Landscaping Guidelines - Enforecement begins June 1st.
Please see the landscaping guidelines page/document as soon as possible. The HOA will start enforcing the guidelines June 1st and many homes are out of compliance. Questions or if you are out of complaince but working on it, please contact the Board of Directors.
Trash Can Enclosures:
To make things easy for our residents we have pre-approved two trash can enclosures. If you use either one, you do not need an ARC form. To view pre-approved enclosures click here.

Common, but easily avoidable violations:

ARC Forms: Not submitting an ARC form for outdoor home improvements such as large landscaping changes, decks, sheds, fences etc. To download an ARC form click here.

Garbage: Leaving garbage cans out longer than 24hrs after pickup

Unkempt lawns and gardens: Lawns and flower beds should be free of weeds. Dead or dying trees, shrubs or flowers should be removed

Parking on the street: Parking on the street is prohibited
Soliciting
Our community does not allow soliciting! If someone approaches you soliciting anything, please let them know that the community does not permit it. If they do not have a County Permit, contact the Sheriff’s office. You should never let anyone selling something into your home. Sometimes criminals use this as a scam to find out if you would be a good robbery target.
Neighborhood Watch
Please report any unusual or suspicious activity to your local police department. Let’s work together and stay alert for suspicious activity in our neighborhood and deter criminal activity.
